CREATE MEMBER ACCOUNT

First create a members account, as follows:

Click the "New Member Signup" link in the left menu.

Click the membership type link that best fits your business.

Enter the requested information in at least the required fields (Note: additional field entries may help us to better assist you).

Click the "Submit" button.

Congratulations! You have successfully registered as a member.

You can now log in and start creating flyers.


DESIGN AND CREATE FLYER

To create a stunning email flyer follow the steps below:

Enter your email address and password on the left panel to log into your account.

Click the "CREATE NEW FLYER" link and continue to the next screen.

You may want to first view some samples and color combinations to help with making your decision. To do so, simply click the associated "View Sample" links.

Once you have decided, click the "Choose Flyer" link next to your desired flyer template.

Continue to the next screen.

Enter the property attributes (listing type, property type, etc).

In the "UPLOAD LOGO AND PHOTO" section browse your computer and select image files that represent your company logo and your picture. These images will be included in the agent photo and company logo areas of the flyer. After selecting these files, click the "Save Logo and Photo" button to upload them to our server.

When uploaded, they will be displayed for your review. When satisfied, click the "Continue to flyer creation" button to continue to the next screen.

First, enter a preferred title in the title field. The title will also display as the email subject.

For each "Upload Photo" field, browse your computer to select the desired image file. Make sure to then press the "Upload" button to upload it to our server. When uploaded, the image will display, for your review. To replace the image simply repeat the process.

Scroll down and enter any selling feature points you may want included on the flyer.

When satisfied, click the "Preview Your Flyer" button to proceed to the next screen.

A draft view of your flyer is now presented to you for your final inspection and review.

If you would like to modify the flyer, simply scroll down and click the "Go Back and Edit Flyer" button.

Once you are satisfied with the design of your flyer, scroll down and click the "Save Flyer and Continue" button.

Congratulations! You have successfully designed your flyer.

Next we will select add-on options and area distribution lists for our flyer.

CHOOSE ADD-ONS AND DISTRIBUTION LISTS

This phase will present you with a fair number of options, including add-on features, realtor regional distribution lists and regional homebuyers lists.

The selection choices include:
  • Flyer "Add-Ons" such as slide show, open tracking, map, etc.
  • The "Realtor Lists" broken down by state and region- choose as many lists as wanted.
  • The "Homebuyer Lists" broken down by state and region
Next we will review the process for scheduling your flyer for distribution.


SCHEDULE YOUR FLYER FOR DISTRIBUTION

Now that you have designed the flyer to your specifications, all that remains is to complete the payment section and schedule it for email distribution, as follows:

Enter to credit card billing information and click the "PROCEED TO SECURE PAYMENT FORM" button

Enter your credit card information and click the "Continue" button

Select the month and year you wish your flyer to be distributed using the drop-down menu lists and click the "NEXT STEP" button. You will then be taken to a screen that will allow you to choose the day and time you would like your flyer sent.

On the next screen you will be able to add 4 additional personal email addresses you may want to have the flyer sent to, e.g., the sellers or prospective buyers along with selecting the scheduling day and time

When satisfied, click the "SET SCHEDULE" button

At this time, your flyer has successfully been scheduled for email distribution.

Depending on the add-ons you selected for this flyer, you may also be presented with additional scroll boxes, similar to the ones depicted, where additional information is required. For example, if you chose to post your flyer to internet classified ad sites.
