1. How do I create a flyer?
Easy - Create your personal account -> Choose a pre-made
flyer template -> Add your text and photos -> Choose
the lists you would like your flyer sent to -> Pay and
schedule. That's it! You're finished in less than 10 minutes.
2. How much does it cost?
It's free to create and print flyers. Cost to email your flyers
start at as little as $2.99 per city list or as little as
$8.99 per region list. See our pricing

3. Do you charge a membership fee or flyer creation
fees?
NO - we do not charge any membership fees. It is FREE to join
and FREE to create and print your flyers. We only charge if
you decide to e-mail your flyer to any of our lists.
4. How can I get my flyer to print on 1 page? The printed appearance of your flyer may vary depending on the amount of textual content and images you place in your flyer. See here for some tips on how to adjust your flyer for optimal printing.
5. Can I choose multiple e-mail lists?
YES - after you create and save your flyer, you will be presented
with a screen that displays all of our lists. From this screen
you will be able to choose as many lists as you would like.
Each list starts at $9.99 depending on what flyer template
you choose.

7. Where do you get your e-mail lists?
Our lists are compiled from a variety of public sources like,
MLS's, Real Estate Associations, high quality list brokers
and other opt-in mechanisms. We also allow for Real Estate
Professionals and Buyers to opt-in (http://www.emailflyerads.com/opt_in.php)
to receive flyers. Before going live in a new state and with
a new Agent list, we always send
out an announcement allowing Agents to opt-out right away,
which removes them from all future e-mailings. Click

8. What steps do you take to ensure my email will
be sent?
Our servers record each and every flyer send, the date/time
it was sent, how many emails it was sent to and keeps a log
of all email addresses it was sent to. This helps us insure
your flyer was sent to all emails in the lists you chose.
We do however not record who actually received your flyer
or opened your flyer unless you add open tracking to your
flyer. We also split our emails across many email servers
and have short pauses between every 200 sent emails. This
helps bypass many bulk email filter limits.
9. How accurate are your lists?
Our lists are cleaned daily and are 98% accurate. We have
automated software in place that monitors all of our email
servers for bounces and breaks the bounces up into categories.
We then remove bounces based on category. For example a hard
bounce is an email address that is no longer valid or doesn't
exist and we remove these after 1 bounce. A soft bounce is
a bounce that may have rejected emails from our servers due
to bulk email filters or spam filters and we remove soft bounces
after they bounce 3 or more times. Yes, this may make our
list counts a little lower then some of our competitors but
we believe in quality rather then quantity. We want your flyers
to reach as many active email addresses as possible rather
then sent to email addresses that won’t receive them
due to invalid email addresses or strict bulk email filters.
10. Can I send a non-property related flyer to the
Real Estate lists? Such as a product or service that Agents
may be interested in?
No we do not allow this. Due to spam complaints and to maintain
the quality of our service, we only allow property for sale
related flyers. Flyers that are permitted are property listings,
open houses, broker open houses. Please contact
us if you are unsure if your flyer will be permitted.
11. Some of the Agents I spoke to did not receive
my flyer. Why is this?
There can be many reasons for this. If the Agent previously
opted out from any of our flyer announcements or any flyer
that another agent sent through our service, then the agent
will no longer receive any flyers from our service. If the
Agent has certain filters or blockers on their email account,
they may not receive flyers. Or, we may simply not have the
Agents email address in our database because it was not available
to us. Agents can opt in though from http://www.emailflyerads.com/opt_in.php.

12. Can I use my own design rather then using one
of your pre-designed templates?
Absolutely! You can use our blank flyer template to upload
your own design. Your design will first need to be converted
to an image format such as jpg, gif or bmp and should be around
600 pixels wide. You can then upload the image format of your
design to our blank flyer template. Please contact
us if you have trouble converting your design to an image
format.
13. Is my information secure?
Yes, we do not re-sell or re-use your personal information
in any way. Your account information is saved on our secure
server and is only used by you for your flyers.
14. What if I am having trouble creating my flyer?
You can contact us at anytime from

or concerns.
15. Can you create a custom flyer for me?
Absolutely! Just contact us with
your requirements and we will respond with a quote in a timely
