Jay Siegall has been in the real estate business since 1971 and has been a licensed real estate broker since 1974. He began with MGM Realty in Skokie Illinois and then moved on to Niles Il office and managed Mullins Real Estate Arlington Heights IL office. Jay has been with his current company, Sun Realty, Naples FL since March 2004. Jay has been a resident of the area since he moved to Miromar Lakes (Estero area) in September of 2003.

Some of Jay's awards and accomplishments include his Million dollar producer awards beginning in 1974, annual sales exceeding $5 Million annually 2009-2013, and his recent sales exceeding $50 Million from 2014 to 20167 His sales have ranged from a high of $3,200,000 to a low of 60,000 since 2004.

Prior to real estate, Jay was a credit manager in retail furniture store. He managed and approved credit for $1,000,000 in receivables and annual sales from 1969-1971. He owned 2 discount health and beauty aids stores in Hollywood FL. Jay also had Exclusive Dade County, Florida Concessions for 5 locations to rent roller skates including Crandon Park, Tropical Park as well as the Hollywood Beach location. From 1983-1990, Jay was in suburban Chicago and managed and leased almost a million square feet of Shopping centers, office building and industrial properties owned by limited partnerships. He founded North American Paging in Arlington Heights IL in 1990 and Page Telecommunications, a RCC with partners in 1991. He is an experienced entrepreneur building successful companies. Jay developed marketing and customer service and management skills necessary for a prospering telecommunications business servicing both retail and wholesale customers! Finally, Jay managed sales force for new construction builder in North Port Florida from 2003-2005.

Today besides real estate, Jay is active within his community by being a part of Miromar Lakes Mens Club and VP of the St Moritz Residents Association since 2006. And an interesting fact about Jay is that he has been a lifelong Cubs fan and went to game 7 of the Cubs World Series Win in 2016. ���
