How to successfully print your flyer:
Why does my flyer print on two pages?
If you have a lot of text in the description field, the flyer will automatically expand to 2 pages to fit all of your content. This is fine for the e-mailed version of your flyer, but can be excessive for the printed version. You can create a "copy" of your flyer and make adjustments to the copied version for optimal printing.
How to create a copy for printing
  • Create a "Copy" of your flyer and on the copied version reduce the amount of text in the description field. To copy a flyer click on "Manage Existing Flyers" -> select "Copy" for the flyer you wish to copy and make needed changes to the copied version. This will not affect the e-mail process for your original email flyer because you a creating a copy for print purposes.

  • In the copied version, reduce the amount of content in your description until the flyer prints on one page.

  • Increase your print margins. Go to "page setup" from the print screen and adjust the margins to allow more content into the printable area.

  • Reduce the font size in your browser. From your browser toolbar, go to 'View', then select the 'Text Size' option and choose a smaller size. This will enable more content to fit into a smaller area and print onto one page.
My flyer doesn't fill the page when I print. What can I do?
  • In the copied version, increase the amount of content in your description until it fills the printable area of the flyer.

  • Increase your print margins. Go to "page setup" from the print screen and adjust the margins to allow the content to center and format correctly on the printed page.

  • Increase the font size in your browser. From your browser toolbar, go to 'View', then select the 'Text Size' option and choose a larger size. This will expand your content to fill the printed area and fit nicely onto one page.
